The entire country is on lockdown due to the spread of coronovirus, but it’s spring break here so I kinda wanna party! Every good party has a colorful bowl of punch and I’m here to bring it with this fun and easy recipe for Pineapple Lemonade Punch!
This recipe is so simple and only requires a few ingredients. You can make it without sprite but I LOVE the kick it brings to the party! Some people don’t like ice cream in their punch either, and to that I say, PARTY POOPER.
So here’s my version of this super yummy party staple:
Gather all of the ingredients ahead of time but do not prepare until about an hour before the party. Keep it chilled until you’re ready to go and add the ice cream in last, preferably right before serving so that it doesn’t melt into the punch right away. Don’t forget a large ladle for serving. Enjoy!
- 1 Cup of lemonade
- 3 Cups of Sprite
- 2 Cups of pineapple juice
- 3 Cups of ice water
- 8 large scoops of sherbet ice cream
