Jessica was absolutely amazing! I reached out to her because I was concerned that the cursive “Z” on my card looked like an “L.” She responded quickly, took the time to create several sample mockups for me, and even reissued a new card to make sure I was completely happy with the final result.
Her customer service was truly exceptional. It’s so hard to find someone these days who genuinely cares about their customers and goes above and beyond to make things right. I really appreciated her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help.
Because of this experience, I will definitely be purchasing all of my cards from Jessica moving forward. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for beautiful products backed by outstanding customer care!
