Please allow 6-14 days for your package to arrive from our location in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. We do not accept returns or refunds on personalized items. This includes personalized greeting cards, address/wedding labels, or products with personalization. Orders may be returned if they arrive damaged. Please check spelling before ordering, as refunds will not be given for spelling errors.
