Processing Times
In-stock items are shipped same day or next day.
Items that are on backorder will be shipped as soon as they arrive. You will receive an email with updates on backordered items.
Pre-order items are shipped on the specific ship date, found on the product page.
Shipping Methods
We offer ground mail (7-10 days) and priority mail (2-3 days) shipping options for most products, via USPS.
Overnight or next-day shipping is not an option at this time.
If you qualify for free shipping, the standard rate is ground mail, and the expected delivery is within 7-10 days.
Wholesale Orders
When purchasing in bulk quantities, processing times often vary and can take up to four weeks during busy seasons. Expect most wholesale orders to be shipped within 2-3 weeks, sometimes less. Wholesale orders will be shipped via USPS ground mail and take approximately one week to arrive.
